Permission is granted to use our web-based calculators and material estimators for personal and commercial contracting estimates. You may not scrape, systematically copy, reverse-engineer, or re-publish our software formulas without explicit written consent.
3. Estimation Accuracy & Limitation of Liability
All calculations provided on this site are preliminary estimates based on theoretical geometries and standard industry averages. Real-world material usage varies due to job-site slope, sub-grade compaction, moisture content, form deflection, and installation waste. Taandc Tools Network is not liable for material shortages, overages, structural failures, or economic losses resulting from using our calculators.
4. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service, and any service or material we provide via the website, in our sole discretion without notice.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
